Join our lab
The Niedenthal Emotions Lab promotes diversity and inclusion. We strive for an intellectual climate that welcomes and respects people of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, disabilities, ages, sexual orientations, and religions.
The Niedenthal Emotions Lab is looking for enthusiastic and committed undergraduate research assistants. RAs must commit 10 hours a week, for a minimum of 2 semesters, and can earn credit for their work. We ask that you be available for our weekly lab meetings on Mondays at 1:30. Our RAs participate in a wide range of research-related tasks, including running participants, processing data, creating stimuli, reading articles, and generating research ideas. Self-driven RAs are welcome to propose independent research projects or take on a leadership role in an ongoing project. If our research aligns with your interests and you are considering a career in psychological research, please complete the online application. We will contact you shortly to set up an interview.
Note: We are currently accepting new research assistants for the Spring 2019 semester.
We will not be accepting any new students for Fall 2019.
